Currently we are searching for a dynamic and hands-on People & Culture Manager who is passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging working environment along the whole employee circle. In this role you will work directly with the Head of People & Culture to guard and grow our awesome team.

What you will be doing

  • You will support the entire recruiting process, e.g. creating job postings, active sourcing, coordinating, conducting interviews and managing our assessment days
  • You ensure the good start of our new employees by onboarding, creating various contracts and agreements in HR matters
  • You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • You are responsible for the planning, organization and execution of our team events and enjoy developing new teambuilding activities
  • You help us execute our employer branding projects together with the marketing team
  • You manage our personal data and handle administrative tasks
  • You will support the Head of People & Culture in varied HR projects to improve HR processes and systems

What you need to be successful in the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR role (also counting internships)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to think in solutions
  • Communication skills, motivation and teamwork are your strength
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and a doer attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 30.000,00 for this full-time position. However we offer a competive base salary according to a career scheme that takes your qualifications, experience and personal commitment into account.
