How We Work
Our project teams are small, agile, and built for impact — typically 3 to 8 venture architects and analysts, mixed to combine different skills and perspectives. We work in a hybrid setup: sometimes from the office, sometimes from home, and often on-site with clients, depending on what each project needs.
When you’re not on a client project, you’ll have the chance to contribute to strategic topics through our squad system — cross-functional teams focused on areas like people & culture, innovation, or internal tools and methods.
Growth and Learning
At whataventure, development isn’t just encouraged — it’s embedded in how we work.
From day one, you’ll be paired with a development lead, receive regular feedback, and take part in 360° reviews. We host Smart Sessions (our internal knowledge-sharing format), team-wide learning days, and interactive workshops that let you step back, reflect, and grow alongside your team.
You’re also encouraged to shape your own path — whether that’s leading a squad initiative, introducing a new validation approach in a project, mentoring junior team members, or sharing your expertise to help others build new skills.
