Venture Analyst (f/m/d)

As a Venture Analyst, you will take ownership of a variety of tasks, ranging from research and quantitative/qualitative analysis to content creation, outreach, and event preparation, and support the team in executing work packages while developing your consulting skills and applying your curiosity to drive innovation forward.

What you will be doing

• Conduct research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project deliverables.
• Assist in content creation, including presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
• Participate in outreach activities and event preparation to engage stakeholders.
• Support the team in executing defined work packages to ensure project success.

What you need to be successful in the role

• Initial experience and strong interest in innovation, consulting, or related fields. A background in consulting, innovation, or venture building is a plus.
• Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, such as Lean Startup, and curiosity to explore and apply these methods.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating high-quality content.
• Proactive and independent work style, combined with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in both English and German.

‍We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 29.586,9. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
